Albino U. Limketkai is the current Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Limketkai Sons, Inc (LKKS), the parent company of the Limketkai Group of Companies. Limketkai is one of the largest Philippine conglomerates with businesses in several industries such as manufacturing, shopping malls, hotels, and food chains. Albino was instrumental in bringing businesses to Cagayan de Oro and expanding Limketkai Sons to a multi-million dollar company. His interests also spans China, where he currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Shanghai Kailink Foods Co, a manufacturing company engaged in the cooking oil industry.

Kilin is the Chairman of Sycamore Ventures, a venture capital firm with more than US$600 million under management. He has served on the Boards of Directors of both public and private corporations in the USA and Asia. Kilin has invested or worked with numerous accomplished entrepreneurs, including founders of Celadon, Channel 18 of LA, Acer, Asustek and Home Inns, just to name a few. Citigroup, GIC of Singapore and Middle East pension funds are major limited partners of Sycamore. Until the formation of Sycamore in 1995, he was a Vice President of Citicorp Venture Capital and from 1989 to 1995, served as President of Citicorp Investments, Inc. He worked 16 years at Philips, RCA, AT&T and DEC in research and development, manufacturing and marketing. Cindy Go brings in various perspectives in business analysis. Prior to founding the Boston Finex Group, Cindy worked as a Program Manager at Staples, Inc. where she was heavily involved in the design, implementation and profitability analysis of direct marketing campaigns. Cindy also worked as a corporate strategy associate for Red Door Spas, the leading player in the US spa industry. In this position, she analyzed operations and compensation patterns and recommended most cost-effective incentive structure for the company. Cindy started her career in the Southeast Asian office of McKinsey and Company. Her projects included organizational redesign, post-merger operations, and corporate strategy analysis. Cindy has an MBA from Columbia University. She also earned her BS Management (Honors) program from Ateneo de Manila University where she graduated magna cum laude.

Kent brings a wealth of expertise in accounting having worked for, managed, and owned various types of business organizations, ranging from small, mid-sized company to a billion dollar corporation. Previously, Kent was a senior revenue accountant at Keane (recently acquired by Caritor) where he oversaw nearly a billion dollars in revenue across 25 profit centers. When the outsourcing business of Keane grew, Kent became the lead accountant for all its offshore cost centers in UK, India, and Canada. Kent began his career at Cohen, Greenstein, & Company, a CPA firm, where he attained his vast knowledge of accounting processes of mid-sized companies. Kent is an alumni of Bentley College, with a BS degree in Accountancy. He has an MBA degree from Boston College.

Rex has more than seven years of experience in project management, IT consulting and network operations. Prior to BFG, Rex served as a Director of IT for Affinity Express, a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation with over $4.5 Billion in assets, and for HTMT Global Solutions, a leading outsourcing firm with over 13,000 employees and 20 delivery centers worldwide. Rex established, managed and built the IT capabilities of each firm, enabling both companies to rapidly expand their businesses. Rex started his career in IBM where he worked with several Fortune 500 institutions implementing cutting-edge network solutions. Rex graduated from Ateneo de Manila with a degree in B.S. Computer Science and was a recipient of the Computer Science Departmental Award. Rex is currently pursuing his MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management where he is focusing on Entrepreneurship and Finance.

John is a serial entrepreneur with more than 15 years of extensive experience in management and operations. His background and experience span several industries including export-manufacturing, pharmaceutical, import-export, distribution, logistics, wholesale-retail sales, services, and technology. John is currently the Managing Director of Viper Total Information Solutions Inc., the leading Tier II partner of CA in the Philippines and a Managing Director of Viper Technologies, Inc., one of the Philippines’ pioneer digital agencies. He is also a Director of Periculum Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in security and audit preparatory services aimed at addressing IT governance policies and standards. John graduated from the University of Santo Tomas and holds a degree in B.S. Economics.
